As the Principal Broker of Next Level Real Estate, Shadow brings over 14 years of real estate experience and a uniquely diverse background that spans real estate investing, brokerage leadership, residential construction, and insurance services.

A devoted mother of four accomplished young adults, adoptive mother to two extraordinary twins, and proud grandmother to two wonderful grandsons, Shadow understands the importance of family, legacy, and creating opportunities that can positively impact generations. These values serve as the cornerstone of both her personal life and professional mission.

Shadow's journey into real estate began as an investor, where she successfully acquired, renovated, and flipped residential properties. Through hands-on experience, she developed a deep understanding of market trends, property valuation, construction management, and wealth creation through real estate. Recognizing her passion for helping others navigate the industry, she obtained her real estate license and quickly established herself as a trusted advisor and advocate for buyers, sellers, and investors alike.

Driven by a desire to elevate industry standards and mentor aspiring professionals, Shadow pursued her Broker's License with the goal of equipping agents with the knowledge, resources, and foundational skills necessary to build thriving real estate careers. Her leadership philosophy centers on education, accountability, and empowering agents to achieve long-term success while delivering exceptional service to their clients.

Never one to stop growing, Shadow expanded her expertise by obtaining her Mississippi Residential Builder's License. Within her first two years as a licensed builder, she successfully developed and constructed more than twelve residential homes, demonstrating her ability to transform vision into reality while maintaining a commitment to quality craftsmanship and strategic development.

In addition to her accomplishments in real estate and construction, Shadow is also a licensed Insurance Producer, allowing her to provide clients with a broader perspective on protecting their assets and making informed financial decisions throughout the homeownership journey.
